Avenue.
Resolution 82-585, adopted June 24, 1982 by the City Commission, upheld the Zoning
Board's approval of a Conditional Use to allow a drive-in teller facility on the
southerly portion of Lot b, Block 100S, BRICKELL ADD AMD (B-113), also described as
1200 Brickell Avenue, as per plans on file, subject to a one •ar review.
The Zoning Enforcement Section of the Department n: , 'Kerj(.e and Inspections
Services has indicated that 'Che drive-in tell-, is not causing any
problems.

LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XI-2,
SECTION 1(9) (e) TO PERMIT A DRIVE-IN TELLER
FACILITY ON THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF LOT 6,
100 SOUTH BRICKELL'S ADDITION AMENDED (B-113),
BEING 1200 BRICKELL AVENUE, AS PER PLANS ON
FILE, AS AN ACCESSORY TO THE PAN AMERICAN
BANK BRANCH AT THE SAME LOCATION; SUBJECT TO
A ONE YEAR REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION
FROM THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTI-
FICATE OF OCCUPANCY; ZONED R-CB (RESIDENTIAL
OFFICE).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
May 17, 1982, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 77-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, GRANTING
Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XI-2,
Section 1(9) (e) to permit a Drive-in Teller Facility, as -
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of
Miami and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XI-2, Section 1(9) (e) to permit a Drive-in
Teller Facility on the Southerly portion of Lot 6, 100 South
Brickell's Addition Amended (B-113), being 1200 Brickell Avenue,
as per plans on file, as an accessory to the Pan American Bank
Branch at the same location; subject to a one year review by City
Commission from the date of the issuance of the Certificate of
Occupancy; zoned R-CB (Residential Office) be and the same is
hereby ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of June ,1982.
