AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-3 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE HOURS OF SALE FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH (5) OF SUBSECTION (c) OF SAID SECTION 4-3 TO PROVIDE THAT VENDORS OF BEER, WINE AND LQUOR HOLDING A STATE BEVERAGE LICENSE IN CONNECTION WITH HOTELS, MOTELS OR APARTMENTS HAVING 100 OR MORE GUEST ROOMS, AND WHOSE SALE OF SUCH BEVERAGE IS BY THE DRINK (CONSUMPTION ON THE PRFMTS« ), MAY OPERATE AND STAY OPEN FOR 5 UNTIL 5:00 A.M.
