AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MI4MI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 700 SOUTHWEST 36TH AVENUE AND 3630-40-50 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-1/3 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CR-3/7 COMMERCIAL - RESIDENTIAL (GENERAL); BY MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 33 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFERF*'rf, AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SF(-" 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALED JN AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoninc LS meetina of June 13, 1983, Item No. 6, follo4, _,vertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 94-83, 2 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning L ification, as hereinafter set forth; and ; WHEREAS, the City Commissiq�n af1ter careful consideration of this matter deems it advisable an[d, ih the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classifi ation as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of approximately 700 Southwest 'th Avenue and 3630 - 40 - 50 Southwest 7th Street, Miami, Flog a; more particularly described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block- L � AT FARM ( 16-26 ) of the Public Records of Dade `l Countl `F�1 rida, from RG-1/3 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL to CR-3/7 ,�OMMF�.RC . ,-RESIDENTIAL (GENERAL) . \` Se tion 2.
