AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 2784
SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-1/3
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CG-1/7 GENERAL
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING
ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 33 OF
SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PAnT OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE A'-!- 7CRIPTION IN
ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION ANr 6ILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miam..i Advisory Board, at its meeting
of June 22, 1983, Iter. , following an advertised heAring,
adopted Resolution No. PAF 70-83, by a 6 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as herePlafter set
forth; and 1
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful nsiderat:ion of
this matter deems it advisable and in the�beA interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and i inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereih after set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas ;'of Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the zoning classification of approximately 2784
Southwest 7th Street, Miami, Florida, more particularly described
as, south 40' of Lot y Blc'ck 2, HARDING HEIGHTS (6-138), of the
Public Records of D'%d"!e bounty, Florida, from RG-1/3 GENERAL
