It is recommended that a review
be made of the drive-in teller
facility located at 700 NW LeJeune
Road.
Resolution 82-875, adopted September 23, 1982 by the City Commission, upheld
the Zoning Board's approval of a Conditional Use to allow a drive-in teller
facility at 700 NW LeJeune Road, also described as Tenative Plat #1178, "LEJEUNE
CENTRE", as per plans on file, subject to a one; -year review.
The Zoning Enforcement Section of the Department of Fire, Rescue and Inspections
Services has indicated that the drive-in teller facility is not causing any
problems.

RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL. The Planning Department recommends
approval of the drive-in teller facilities with
the proviso that they be moved further south on
the site towards N.W. 7th Street. In that
manner cars will not be stacking up at peak hours
along N.W. 7th Street, which is a major arterial,
but along N.W. 43rd Avenue which is a minor Street.
This would put the entrance at N.W. 43rd Avenue
at the north end of the property and the exit on
to N.W. 43rd Avenue at the south end -of the site
(a reversal of what is proposed). ,;The proposed
plans meet desirable design -criteria for number
of drive-in windows and stacking space.
PUBLIC WORKS Dedication is required by Plat.
ZONING BOARD: Recommend approval on September 13, 1982, by a 6-0 vote.

The following property has been granted approval by the City
Commission subject to a one year review.
Would you please inspect the following property for compliance
and assurance that the immediate neighborhood is not experiencing
any deterioration or problems as a result of this approval. Please
advise us of the status as soon as possible. This item has been
scheduled for the September 29, 1983 City Commission meeting.

at 10:15 AM in CITY HALL, 3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Key, Miami,
Florida, will review the Conditional Use granted by Resolution 82-875 on
September 23, 1982 for a drive-in teller facility.
The owner or his legal representative is required to attend this meeting.

SECTION 1(33)(f) TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF
DRIVE-IN TELLERS FOR A BANK ON 700 NORTH-
WEST LEJEUNE ROAD, BEING "LEJEUNE CENTER"
(TENTATIVE PLAT), AS PER SITE -PLAN ON FILE;
ZONED C-2 (LOCAL COMMERCIAL), SUBJECT TO
A ONE-YEAR REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION
• AND THE RECORDING OF THE PLAT.
WfIEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
September 13, 1982, Item No. 11, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB-147-82, by a 6 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XII,
Section 1(33)(f), as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to GRANT the Conditional'Use as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use, as listed in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XII, Section 1(33)(f), to permit construction
of Drive-in Tellers for a bank on above site, as per plans on
