ALBERTA CANADA We represent the Pan American Hospital, the owner of the pro- perty at 5959 N.W. 7th Street that obtained a waiver of parking variance by Resolution 73-889 on November 7, 1983. We are in receipt of your letter of August 9, 1983, I have conferred with the representatives of the hospital and we find that the Commission Meeting of September 29th to present the owner's position extremely inconvenient. We wonder if it would be possible if we could move the matter to either the November or December meeting and preferably, the Decem- ber meeting because of the absence of some of the people from the City during this time period. If you have any questions, please give me a call and I would be glad to develop the circumstances further if that is necessary. Sincerely, 'Robert E.
