RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL. The proposed drive-in teller facilities
are effectively located in relation to the overall
site plan. There is sufficient room for the stacking
of cars with entrance on 29th Avenue and exit on
8th Street.
DADE COUNTY TRAFFIC No objection to this proposal.
AND TRANSPORTATION
PUBLIC -WORKS No dedication is requested, _
ZONING BOARD Recommended approval on June 7, 1982 subject
to State Department of Transportation approval
of the exit to S.W. 8th Street and that a
"right turn only” sign be placed at the exit point
on S.W. 8th Street.

Would you please inspect -the following property for compliance
and assurance that the immediate neighborhood is not experiencing
any deterioration or problems as a result of this approval.

has been scheduled for the June 15, 1983 City Commission meeting.

SECTION`1(33) (f), TO PERMIT A DRIVE-IN
TELLER FACILITY ON LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 LESS
THE N 10' OF BLOCK 3, CITRUS PARK (6-145),
BEING 2800 SOUTHWEST 8TH STREET, AS PER
PLANS ON FILE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A
PROPOSED CAPITAL BANK BUILDING ON ABOVE
SITE; SUBJECT TO A ONE YEAR REVIEW BY
THE CITY COMMISSION FROM THE DATE OF THE
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY;
ZONED C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
June 7, 1982, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB-93-82, by a 6 to 0 vote,"-GRANTIAG
CONDITIONAL USE as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE X11,
Section 1(33) (f) to permit a Drive-in Teller Facility, as =
hereinafter set forth; and .
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF.'
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XII, Section 1(33) (f), to permit a Drive-in
Teller Facility on Lots 1, 2 and 3 less the N 10' of Block 3,
CITRUS PARK (6-145), being 2800 Southwest 8th Street, as per
plans on file, in conjunction with a proposed Capital Bank
Building on above site, ; subject to a one year review by the
City Commission from the date of the issuance of the Certificate
of Occupancy; zoned C-4 (General Commercial) be and the same
is hereby ratified.
