AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA- TION OF LOTS 8, 9, and 10, BLOCK 2, HARDING HEIGHTS (6-136), LESS THE SOUTH 40' THEREOF, ALSO DESCRIBED AS APPROXIMATELY 2724-26-34 SOUTHWEST 7TH STREET FROM RG-1/3 [GENERAL RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO FAMILY)], TO CR-3/7 [COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (GENERALLY)], AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of Aoril 18, 1963, Item No. 2, followinq an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZP-61-83, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification of the south 40' of Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 2, HARDING HEIGHTS (6-136) as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after car1jul consideration of this matter, deemed it advisable and in t general welfare of the City of Mi a change of zoninq clas and 10, Block 21 HA forth; WHEREAS, the C interest of the abitants to grant ty of Lots 8, 9 hereinafter set ission by Ordinance No. 9658 changed the zoning cla if ica�',c� of the south 40' of Lots 8 , 9 and 10 , Block 2, HAR G HEIGHTS (6-138), also described as the back portion -of p ximately 2724-26-34 Southwest 7th Street from RG- [ e al Residential (One and Two Family)] to CR.-3/7 [Coma i 1 Residential (Generally)].
