ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY APPLYING THE
HC-1: GENERAL USE HERITAGE CONSERVATION
OVERLAY DISTRICT TO THE "HUNTINGTON BUILD-
ING," LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 166 SOUTHEAST
1ST STREET, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN); MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL
THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 36 OF THE
ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO.
9500, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE
3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Plannina Advisory Board, at its meetina
of July 20, 1983, Item No. 10, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 95-83, by a 6 to 0 RECOMMENDING
