AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY APPLYING THE
PEDESTRIAN STREET INDICATION TO 1) THE SOUTH
SIDE OF OAK AVENUE BETWEEN VIRGINIA AND MARY
STREETS, 2) THE WEST SIDE OF MARY STREET
BETWEEN GRAND AND OAK AVENUES, AND 3) THE
SOUTHEAST SIDE OF MAIN HIGHWAY BETWEEN
MCFARLANE AND THE RS-1 DISTRICT BOUNDARY
LINE, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN);
AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON
PAGE NO. 46 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART
OF ORDINANCE NO. 95001 BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of
June 1, 1983, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 55-83 by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of applying the PEDESTRIAN STREET INDICAT N to subject
property, as hereinafter set forth; and j°
WHEREAS, the City Commission after c�refulkNc)si eration of
this matter deems it advisable and in thtlbOk interlst of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and 3tW"inhabitants to grant

Section 1. The Zonk4gl Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the

by applying the PED RIAN STREET INDICATION to 1) the south side
of Oak Avenue betwkft 'Virginia and Mary Streets, 2) the west

districtr line, more particularly described as the street
