ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 16 OF
SAID ORDINANCE ENTITLED "HC: HERITAGE
CONSERVATION DISTRICTS;" MORE PARTICULARLY BY
ADDING A NEW SECTION 1613 ENTITLED "HC-4:
COMMERCIAL AREA HERITAGE CONSERVATION
OVERLAY DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR INTENT,
EFFECT, LOT REQUIREMENTS, FLOOR AREA
LIMITATIONS, MINIMUM OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS,
HEIGHT, OFF-STREET PARKING, TRANSFER OF
DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS, AND CERTIFICATES OF
APPROPRIATENESS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE
NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING ATLAS MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE
AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of June 22, 1983, Item 20, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 76-83 by a 7 to 0 vote, tv

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The tex)(jif Ordinance No. 9500, the Zoning
Ordinance of the C' y of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by
amending Article said Ordinance entitled "HC: HERITAGE
CONSERVATION Q CTS;" more particularly by adding a new
