ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 271
NORTHWEST 29TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-2/5
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CG-2/7 GENERAL
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING
ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 21 OF
SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN
ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of June 1, 1983, Item No. 12, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 63-83, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as her, inafter set
forth; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
Section 1. The Itbn ng Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning ordinance the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the ng classification of approximately 271
Northwest 29 reet, Miami, Florida, more particularly
descri s is 8, 9, 10, 16 and 17 NORTHERN BOULEVARD TRACT
(2-29 , t Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from
RG-2/5 Gene 1 Residential to CG-2/7 General Commercial.
Se ion 2. It is hereby found that this zoning classi-
fication change:
(a) Is in conformity with the adopted Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan;
