AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 5601 - 5699 NORTHEAST 4TH COURT, MIAMI, FLOPIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM AN UNZONED STATUS TO CR-2/7 COMMERCIAL RESI- DENTIAL (COMMUNITY); MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY ISAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 14 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AFD DES- CRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SFCTI011 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SF.VERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planninq Advisory Board, at its meetinq of July 20, 1983, Item No. 1, following an advertised ,hearinq, adopted Resolution No. PAB 86-83, by a 6 to 0 vote, REOdYiENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as here}'faf"ier set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful, ConsideraWion of this matter deems it advisable -end in the st interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami a isE!inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classifi tiofi`�a�jbereinafter set forth; NOW, THEFEFORE, BE IT QRD D ,jyfr THE C014MISSION OF THE CITY r OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: i Section 1.
