WHEREAS, sealed bids were received August. 29, 1983 for HADLEY PARK - MISCE1.LANE0US IMPROVEMENTS - TENNIS COURTS (2ND BIDDING); and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Director of the Department of Public Works recommend that the bid received from P.N.M. Corporation be accepted as the lowest responsible and responsive bid; WHEREAS, the Capital I m p r o v e rn e n t s Appropriation, Ordinance No. 9534, as amended, was adopted on December 9, 1982, and monies are available for the proposed amount of the contract and incidentals from the account entitled "Charlie Hadley Park Renovations", as set forth under Section IX, Item B.i.18, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The August: 297 1983 bid of P.N.M. Corporation, in the proposed amount of $123,082, for the project entitled HADLEY PARK - MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS - TENNIS COURTS (2ND BIDDING), for the total bid of the proposal based on lump sum prices, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein.
