Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement, subject to the City Attorney's approval as to
form and correctness, with the aforementioned agencies to implement
respective social service programs, subject to the conditions and
limitations contained herein.

.t is recommended tnat the City Commission
adopt a resolution allocating 1/12 of Federal
Revenue Sharina funds to previously approved
social serviceracencies fcr the period cover-
ing October 1, 1983-October 3. 1983.
The proposed resolution extends Federal Revenue Sharing (F.P.S.) funding of
existing social service projects for the period October 1, 1983-October 31, 1983,
at a level of 1!12 the 1982-83 F.P.S. allocation to each community based
orcaniZaticn,
The Following list summarizes the F.R.S. recommendations for the October 1-31, 1983
period and reflects the 1/12 existing levels of those agencies currently under
contract:
