AHLPEAS, the P:ia7,i 7,onina Board at its meeting of June 13,
1983, Item. No. 2, followino, an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB-90-83 by a 6 to G vote RECOMNENDING, official
vacation and closure of two portions of streets as hereinafter
set forth; and
WhEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the general welfare of the City of. Miami and its
inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in
question;
NOW, THEREFORE, 3F I'l RESOLVED LY THE COMYtISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIANI, FLOR1DA.
Section 1. That portion of 3W 28 Lane lyinq 181 west of
the west right-of-way line of Sw 27 Avenue, and east of a line
94' west of the west right-of-way line of SW 29 Avenue for a
distance of + ;41' and that portion of 29 Avenue lying south of
the southerly right-of-way of SW 28 Lane and north of the
northerly right-of-way of metrorail (formerly Florida East Coast
right-of-way) for a distance of 133'; all as a condition of
approval of tentative Plat #1193 "Coconut Grove Station" are
hereby closed, vacated, abandoned aria discontinued for public
use.

The Zoning Board, at its meeting of June 13, 1983, Item 2, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 90-83 by a 6 to 0 vote, recommending approval of
the official vacation and closure of that portion of SW 28 Lane lying 18' west of
the west right-of-way line of SW 27 Avenue, and easterly of a line 94' west of the
west right-of-way of SW 29 Avenue for a distance of + 941' and that portion of 29
Avenue lying south of the southerly right-of-way.of 'SW 28 Lane and north of the - --
northerly right-of-way of Metrorail (formerly Florida East Coast right-of-way,) for
a distance of 133'; all as a condition of approval of Tentative Plat #1193
"COCONUT GROVE STATION".

APPROVAL. The street closures are appropiate for the

development of the Rapid Transit station. These closures
