WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of April 18, 1983, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB-63-83 by a 5 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a street as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in question; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE; CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That portion east of the center line of Northwest 19th Avenue (lying within the corporate limits of the City of Miami), south of the south right-of-way line of Northwest 41st Street and north of the north right-of-way line of State Road 112 (Airport Expressway) for a distance of + 2421; as a condition of approval of tentative plat #1192 (EARLINGTON HEIGHTS STATION" is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use.
