WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of July 19,
1983, Item No. 4, tollowing an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 136-63, by a 5 to 0 vote granting the Con-
ditional Use as hereinafter set forth; and
WhEREA6 , the objectors have taken an appeal to the City
Commission from denial of the Conditional Use; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of
this matter finds that it is in the best interest of the general
welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the
Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth and deems it advisable
to do so.
NOW, THERhFURE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

It is requested by a citizens group
that a review be made of the Condi-

The Zoning Board, at its meeting of July 19, 1983, Item 4, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 136-83 by a 5 to 0 vote, granting a conditional
use as listed in Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE V, Section 1(6)(b), to permit an open
parking lot for the parking of private passenger vehicles on the SE corner of the
intersection of SW 32 Avenue and SW 7 Street, also described as Lots 24 and 25,
Block 7, CORAL NOOK (8-115), as per plans on file, as an accessory use to Koklas
Automotive, Inc., located at 3215 SW 8 Street; zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling).
Fourteen objections received in the mail; eight opponents present at the meeting.
Four proponents present at the meeting.
Backup information is included for your review.
A RESOLUTION to provide for the above has been prepared by the City Attorney's
Office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission.

APPROVAL IN ACCORD WITH PLANS ON FILE AND MEETING
REQUIRED LANDSCAPE STANDARDS. This parking facility
wi I I serve a nearby commercial development that does
not have sufficient on -site parking and which has
had parking problems in the past. This facility
should lessen the impact on the surrounding area.

No dedication is requested.
