The Zoning Board, at its meeting of March 21, 1983, Item 8, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 44-83 by a 5 to 0 vote, granting a variance from Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE VI, Sections 30 )(a) and 3(2)(a) to permit construction of a Development of Planned Unit Nature (PUN) on the NJ of Lot 9, the E75' of the Si of Lot 9 and all of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, ALLAMANDA GARDENS (6-72), also described as 3265-75 Allamanda Street, as per plans on file, with a 15' proposed front yard (20' required), 9' proposed south side yard (10' required), and 5' proposed north side yard (10' required); zoned R-2 (Two Family Dwelling). The Planning Department has no objection to the granting of the extension of time for this variance. A RESOLUTION to provide for this extension has been prepared by the City Attorneys Office and submitted for .he consideration of the City Commission. APPROVAL SUBJECT TO FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVAL. In conjunction with the overall site development and the preservation of trees on the site, the requested variances are justified.
