MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECE98ARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO, 33 OF .SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OP ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of June 22, 1983, Item No. 9, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 70-83, by a 6 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this `matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the 'general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinanceof City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended the C by'changing the zoning classification of approxjmatel`y 2784 Southwest 7th Street, Miami, Florida, more particularly described as, south 40' of Lot 5, Block 2, HARDING HEIGHTS (6-1: 8), of the Public`:Records of Dade County, Florida, from RG-1/3.GENERAh'.'. RESIDENTIAL 'to 641-1/7 GENERAL COMMERCIAL. Section 4. All ordinances, code sections, all parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed re insofar as the r; P Y are in conflict. Section 5. Should any part or provision of this Ordi nance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to l.be' invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance=: as a whole.
