On behalf of the City of Miami ("City"), it is with great appreciation that we accept Kearns Construction
Company's ("Kearns Construction") donation of six hundred (600) Cubic Yards ("CY") of Rip Rap
construction material to the City's Office of Capital Improvement ("OCI"). Below is the breakdown for the
Rip Rap donation:
• Rip Rap Cost Per Item - $90/CY (Material)
• Marine Transportation - $100/CY
The City is pleased to accept Kearns Construction's donation with a with a total value of one hundred
fourteen thousand dollars with no cents ($114,000.00). With respect to the City's record of this gracious act,
no goods or services of any value have been or shall be offered in exchange for this donation. Thank you.
