AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO ORDINANCE N0. 9502

ORDINANCE NO. 9502, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 23, 1982,
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1983, AS
AMENDED, BY INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR
THE ENTERPRISE FUND FOR THE MIAMI SPRINGS GOLF
COURSE $40,000, BY INCREASING THE ANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE SAME AMOUNT FROM THE FY183
RENTAL REVENUES FROM SAID GOLF CARTS AND
PRO SHOP OPERATIONS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ALLOCATING $30,000 FOR THE LEASING OF 65
ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS AND $10,000 FOR THE PUR-
CHASING OF PRO SHOP INVENTORY: CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9502 on
September 23, 1982, establishing revenues and appropriations for the
City of Miami, Florida for fiscal year ending September 30, 1983; and
WHEREAS, operations of the electric golf cart rental and pro
shop are operated by the City; and

WHEREAS, the total required supplemental funding for both
electric cart lease and pro shop inventoty purchases, $40,000, is
available from the FY'83 rental revenues! rota said golf carts and
pro shop operations and maybe appro sated from the Enterprise Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI.NM BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sectioiss 1 and 6 of Ordinance 9502, the Annual
Appropriation Ordin�hce of the Fiscal Yeax ending September 30, 1983,
as amended, is her further amended in the following �'Y g particulars:
