NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 73-184, adopted by the City
Commission on February 22, 1973, is hereby extended by
extendinq the time period for review by the City Commission
of the waiver of the full number of parking spaces required
for a development located at. 801 South Bayshore Drive, Miami,
Florida, for an additional period of three years.

It is recommended that a review
be made of the extension a
waiver of parking for the Four
Ambassadors, located at 801
SE Bayshore Drive.
The City Commission adopted Resolution 73-184 on February 23, 1973, which granted
a Variance on Lots 8 through 13 less the westerly 370', Block 104S, BRICKELL ADD
AMD (B-113), to permit alterations and additions to an existing apartment/hotel/
office complex, waiving the development of 227 of 943 required offstreet parking
spaces for a period of three years from date of issuance of Certifir.;;:(,. of
Occupancy. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued March 10:_ 19'). November
6, 1980, the City Commission adopted Resolution 80-836, granting a 1.�,ree year ex-
tension of the waiver of parking.
The Zoning Enforcement Section of the Depdrtlnent of Fire, Rescue and Inspections
Services has indicated that the waiver of parking is not causing any problems.

The following property has been granted approval by the City
Commission for a waiver of parking for a period of three years
after date of issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. After
being reviewed in November of 1980, the City Commission granted
an extension of the waiver period for another three years.
Would you please inspect the following property for compliance
and assurance that the immediate neighborhood is not exper;encing
any deterioration or problems as a result of this approval.
Please advise us of the status as soon as possible. This item
has been scheduled for the November 18, 1983 City Commission
meeting.

beginning at 10:15 AM in CITY HALL, 3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Key,
Miami, Florida, will review the Variance for a waiver of parking granted
originally by Resolution 73-184 on March 22, 1973 and a continued
waiver granted for three years by Resolution 80-836 on November 5, 1980.
The owner or his legal representative is required to attend this meeting.

73-184) has granted a variance frori Ordinance No. 6871, Article
XI-2, Section 5 and 6, and Articles XXIII, Section 4 (32) to
permit alterations and additions to the Sheraton Four Ambassadors
apartment -hotel -office complex, and waived the development of 227
of 943 required off-street parking spaces for a period of three
years, 'and
WHEREAS, the Owner is presently providing and has agreed
to provide the off-street parking spaces at the expiration of the
three year period,

• NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the Owner

the said variance for the improvements to the Sheraton Four Ambassadors
Hotel, that it will provide the required 227 off-street parking
