Dear Kathy:
It is the desire of my wife and myself to contribute to the
city of Miami Ron Bennett's sculpture "New Morning".
My wife and I are the owners of this sculpture and have enclosed,
as requested, a document from Ron Bennett confirming this fact.
Since the sculpture is already delivered to Miami, there will be
no cost to the community whatsoever. I am pleased that while
it has been on exhibit for the last 8 months that it has had
excellent public acceptance. It is necessary that the piece be
on extended loan for approximately 2 years, and at the close of
that time title will pass to the city.
Please let me know if there are any other documents needed by
your legal department. If there is any other assistance needed,
please phone the writer at his home.
Sincerely,
1
