AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE: ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 560U-5650 NORTHWEST 6TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM CG-1/7 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO RG- 2/4 (GENERAL RESIDENTIAL), BY MAKING FINDINGS, AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 31 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500 BY REFER- ENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300, THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of December 19, 1983, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 196-83, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of approximately 560U -5650 Northwest 6th "Street, Miami, Florida, being unplatted property more pa`ticularly described as all that part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, be71-nntng at a point on the center line of the easterly extension ofjNorthwest 6th Street, 130' east of the east boundary line of CLARK FARM SUB (42-23); thence east along the center line of the extension of Northwest 6th Street + 150' to t-hp u.A..& line of Northwest 56th Avenue ex the west boundary line of No: Car COMMISSION l MEETING OF JAN26 f+4 IEJ�D1916..�....,...........w.w 01 RBA PZ
