AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, ThE: ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 2900-2950 SW 32ND AVENUE (MCDONALD STREET) AND 2901-2935 SW 32ND AVENUE (MCDONALD STRE:ET), MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RO-2.1/4 RESIDENTIAL OFFICE TO CR-2/4 COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (COMMUNITY); MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 42 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE ANU DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300 THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of December 7, 1983, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 127-83, by a 4 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BIT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 95001 the zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by changi g honing classification of approximately 2900-2950 SW 32ndv �k (McDonald Street) and 2901-2935 SW 32nd Avenue (McDonald �treet), Miami, Florida, more particularly described as, Tract A, LAURA TR (67-130), Tract A, STUTZ TR (75-71), and Lots 31-34, pts of lots 35 and 36,EWAN PEACOCK SUB (1-195), of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, from RO-2.1/4 RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE to CR-2/4 COMME CITY COMM15s1ON MEETING OF JAN 2 6 0 ORGr+no►.t na ..�..:�. d 1st RtAilNC, .. 2nG READING........................
