Debt Service Fund ($3960946) into the Capital Improvement Program; and _WHEREAS, the existing conditions of the City's nine (9) swimming pools mandate immediate repairs in order to open said facilities to the general,public by -the forthcoming seasonal dates beginning March 310 1984; and WHEREAS, funds for this necessary swimming pool repair project are available_ ,s from the -above mentioned debt service fund contribution to the capital improvement '3 program and may be appropriated; r B IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI$ NOW; °THEREFORE, E FLORIDA: = Section - 1. Various City departments have evaluated 'the current condition of the City's swimming pools and have determined the facilities to be in immediate need of repair prior to their forthcoming scheduled` seasonal dates. These repairs may be initiated as prioritized in AMN the attached reference memorandum by increasing the appropriations _ for Swimming Pool Renovations in the amount of $250,000 in the Y,, S .
