WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted ordinance No. 9478, establishing the "Recreation Activity" Trust and Agency Fund and appropriating $50,000 from revenues collected from participant fees; and WHEREAS, said program participation has, during this fiscal year, greatly exceeded estimated figures requiring an increase in appropriationsl and WHEREAS, the existing fees and costs resulting from the approved activity of the Professional Boxing and Wrestling Board -requires an authorized appropriation from the City commission, and may be conveniently accountable via the Recreation Activity Trust Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF x1mi Section'l.
