B-5495 SU9dECT WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II SR-5495-C - Resolution 4EFERE` CEa Ordering ENCLOSURES (For Commission Meeting of February 9, 1984) The Department of Public .corks recommends the adoption of the ordering resolution for the construction of WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER I,\1PROVEMENT - PHASE II in WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT DISTRICT - PHASE II SR-5495-C (center- line sewer). This district consists of properties abutting West Flagler Street between N. W. 47 Court and S. W. 54 Avenue, and between West 58 Avenue and West 62 Avenue. The construction of this sanitary sewer improvement is part of the City's continuing program to provide sanitary sewers throughout the City of Miami. This project will construct sanitary sewer mains in the Flagler Street right of way in conjunction with Dade County's highway construction project. These sewers will remain inactive and unassessed until construction of surrounding sewer projects scheduled fov 1984-1986. To serve this area, the Department of Public Works has designated WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II in WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II DISTRICT SR-5495-C (centerline sewer) as an assessable improve- ment under Section 56 of the City Charter. Each property designated for assessment under the ordering resolution will receive a sewer service lateral to the property line. THE WEST FLAGLER STREET SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II is included in the 1983-88 Capital Improvements Program, and will be constructed by a private contractor under contract with the City of Miami.
