TO PROVIDE NEW TRANSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND
LIMITATIONS AND ADDING "NON-RESIDENTIAL" TO THE
TITLE OF TABLES 3 AND 4 ; AND PAGE 4 , CR-2 ,
COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL (COMMUNITY), PERMISSIBLE
