AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of December
19, 1983, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 196-83, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500, the
zoning5 ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended
by changing the zoning classification of approximately 5600-5650
Northwest 6th Street, Miami, Florida, being unplatted property
more particularly described as all that part of the NW 1/4 of -the
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 61 Township 54 South, Range 41
East, beginning At a point an the center line of theeasterlyz

Section 4. All ordinances, code sections, all parts

thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as they
are in conflict. -
section 5. Should any part or provision of this Ordi- ;
nance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be.
invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance
