ENCLOSURES
waiver for the use of the orange oaw i J L au.L UIt vii _ _ _ -
for a polo match. Since Fox Lair Farms, Inc. is a for profit
corporation, allocation of said funds does not conform to Administra-
tive Policy Manual 1-84 dated January 24, 1984. However, all
proceeds, after expenses, will be donated to Miami Children's
Hospital, a not for profit corporation.
The City Commission, by Motion 84-16, expressed their intent
grant the waiver conditioned upon a report that such an event
would not cause damage to the turf nor the underground pipes
the Orange Bowl.
The Stadium Manager, in a separate
would be caused by this event.
The attached resolution formalizes motion 84-16 by allocating
$5000 to cover the cost of renting the Orange Bowl Stadium for
this event. Funds are available from Special Programs and
Accounts, Quality of Life Account.
