WHEN THE CITY COMMISSION SHALL RECONVENE ITS REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 27, 1984 FOLLOWING A RECESS IN SAID MEETING BETWEEN 1:00 P.M. AND 3:00 P.M.; SAID MEETING HAVING CONVENED AT 9:00 A.M. ON SAID DATE IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE CITY COMMISSION AT CITY HALL, DINNER KEY, MIAMI, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City Commission has long recognized the need for its meetings to be held at locations throughout the City representative of most of the community neighborhoods which are not in close proximity to City Hall at Dinner Key; and WHEREAS, Code Section 2-12 expressly authorizes the designation of alternate meeting places from time to time as may appear appropriate to the City Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION 0F.TNE. CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The regular meeting of the City Commission' scheduled for September 27, 1984 shall be convened at 9:00 A.M. in its Chambers on the first floor of the City Hall located at Dinner Key, Miami, Florida, whereupon said meeting shall be in recess between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. and reconvene at 3:00 P.M. in the Auditorium of the Morningside Elementary School, 6620 NE 5th Avenue, Miami, Florida. Section 2.
