ON SAID DATE. 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The time Iimitation for a fireworks display at the Orange Bowl Stadium, on March 10, 1984, is hereby waived to permit a display of fireworks with due regard for the safety and protection of life and property not to extend beyond 11:30 P.M. on said date.
