Ordinance No. 9684, adopted September 29, 19830 the Annual' Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year ending September 30, 1984, is hereby further amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section 4. This purchase would permit* us to assign 15 vehicles -to. each of the two fleets. We would anticipate fielding 10.'to 11' adlitional patrol units for each of the three basic patrol - shifts -'Your. timely consideration in this matter will be appreciated.
