There will be a meeting at 8:30 AM Friday, April 20, 1984, in the
Planning Department Conference Room for the purpose of discussing
Miami Center I (Ball Point) and preparing a memorandum for the
information of Commissioner J.L. Plummer and the City Commission.
Commissioner Plummer has questioned if the developer can delete
portions of the project. In responding to the question, it may
be advisable to include all outstanding issues which prevent the
developer from obtaining a final Certificate of Occupancy.
