AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-17 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF~ MIAMI, FLORIDA,
AS AMENDED, TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF
_ THE DOIVNTOWN DEVELOPPAENT DISTRICT TO
EXCLUDE THE AREA (C0~~4MONLY REFERRED TO AS
POINT VIEW) BOUNDED GENERALLY BY S.E.
BAYSIiORE DRIVE, S.E. 15TIi ROAD, S.E. 14TH
5TREET, S.E. 14TIi TERRACE AND S.E. 14TH
LANE; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A 5E.VERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7370, as amended, created the
Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami and set
the boundaries thereof upon which is levied an additional ad
