WHEREAS, the Miami Planning 'Advisory Board, at its meeting
of December 7, 1983, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 127-83, by a 4 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification, as hereinafter set
forth;and
WHEREAS', the City Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best int'erest' of the_

general welfare.of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter 'set forth;,_; :-
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF-THE'.CI'TY
