The Property adjacent to Camillus House is currently available for sale (presently occupied by The Studio of Lighting). This parcel in conjunction with the site of Camillus House will create a .75 acre redevelopment site which could be offered for redevelopment prior to Phase II of this project. It is anticipated that suffi- cient funding will be available from the anticipated Section 108 Loan from H.U.D. Acquisition of this site would not be recommended until the other parcels delineated in the original plan have been acquired and adequate funding is assured. 84-542 Policy No. AVM-I-d4, aacea January 44, 1704.
