BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 4 and 6 of Ordinance No. 9684 adopted September 29, 1984, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1984, are hereby amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section 4.
