WHEREAS,, the Miami Planning Advisory Board# at its meeting
of March 21, 19841, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing#
by a 2.to 5,vote#-failed to pass
a
motion of approval,
therefore,,
constituting -a recommendation
of
DENIAL of a change
of zoning
classification, as hereinafter set forth; and.
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change .of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth-;.-_.
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
Of MIAML, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 9500,' 'the
zoning ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby artended
by changing the zoning classif ication of the . area generally
bounded by,S.W. 13th Street on the north, the Metrorail right -
of -way ;ow the west, S.W. 15th toad on the south a;r;c3. S. Miami
Avenue on the east, from SPI-7.2 to SPI-7: BRICKELL-MIAMI RIVER.
RAPID,TRANSIT COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
