RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE DEEPEST
SYMPATHY AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE
CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI AND ITS CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND
FRIENDS OF MIAMI POLICE OFFICER FRANCISCO
SANTANA UPON HIS TRAGIC DEATH.

WHEREAS9 Miami ".'ice Officer Francisco Santana had {
served with distinction as City of Miami Police Officer for
2-1/2 years prior to his tragic death in an automobile
accident on June 11, 1984; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on
behalf of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its
deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Francisco
Santana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of City of Miami Police Officer Francisco Santana its
deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences, upon his tragic
death.
Section 2. This Resolution is offered by the City
Commission as a token of its respect and esteem.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1984.
