AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION i OF ORDINANCE NO. 9684 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 299 1983, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 80, 1984, BY INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000 AND BY DECREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS IN THE LIKE AMOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDING TO PURCHASE MODULAR WORK STATIONS TO ACCOMMODATE THE INSTALLATION OF WORD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT RECENTLY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY; CONTAINING 'A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9684, adopted September 29, 1983, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1984, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section 1.
