AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION i OF
ORDINANCE NO. 9684 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 299 1983, THE
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR
ENDING SEPTEMBER 80, 1984, BY INCREASING THE
APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CITY
CLERK'S OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000 AND BY
DECREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR SPECIAL PROGRAMS
AND ACCOUNTS IN THE LIKE AMOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FUNDING TO PURCHASE MODULAR WORK
STATIONS TO ACCOMMODATE THE INSTALLATION OF WORD
PROCESSING EQUIPMENT RECENTLY ACQUIRED BY THE
CITY; CONTAINING 'A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9684, adopted September 29, 1983,
the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for the Fiscal Year ending September 30,
1984, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars: 1/
"Section 1. The following appropriations are made
for the municipal operation of the City of Miami,
Florida for the fiscal year 1983-84, including the
payment of principal and interest on all General
Obligation Bonds:
Departments, Boards and Offices Appropriations

„:Section 2. .The herein appropriation of $20,000 for the City Clerk's Office
is for the purpose of providing funding to purchase modular work stations to
accommodate the installation of word processing equipment 'recently acquired,by
the City.
Section - 3. All ordinances or part of ordinances insofar .asa' they ere,
inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. if any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or .
word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this
ordinance shall not be affected.

Transformers, Each one is capable of supporting (2) Bz0
systems. Actual quantity of power modules would then be
- based on the location of each work station. Pricing for
a .1 KVA unit would be $550.00 in small quantities. iowever.

all B20 s the price will be adjusted accordingly.

this cover is $380.00 including sheet feeder. Our covers
