WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of June 4, 1984, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution Zia-43-84 by a 4 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of the alleys as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the alleys in question and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The North/South alley and the East/West alley lying within the block bounded by Southwest 25th and 27th Avenues and Southwest 22nd Street (a/k/a Coral Way) and Southwest 22nd Terrace, all as a condition of approval of Tentative Plat #1169-C "WHITE PLAZA SUB." are hereby closed, vacated, abandoned, and discontinued for public use.
