EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY L,ThNB OF NORTHWEST 7TH
AVENUE AND THE WIaS'F E TGHT-OF--WAti: I,11TE, OF
NORTHWEST 6TH AVENUE-; ALL AS A CONDITION
OF THE APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT
#1212 - "CULLER STATION FIRST ADDITION",
SUBJECT TO EXECU`.I'ION OF COVENANT PROVIDING
FOR REVERSIONARY INTEREST IN CITY OF MIAMI.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of April 2,
1984, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution ZB-31-84 by a 6 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING official
vacation and closure of a portion of a street as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in
question and deems it advisable to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That portion of Northwest llth Terrace
between the east right-of-way line of Northwest 7th Avenue and
the west right-of-way line of Northwest 6th Avenue, all as a
condition of the approval of Tentative Plat #1212 - "CULMER
STATION FIRS`.[' i�DDlT10Ed" is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned, and
discontinued for public use.
Section 2. The approval granted herein shall be subject
to Metropolitan Dade. County's submission of a covenant, in a form
acceptable to the City Attorney, providing that the property
described above shall automatically revert to the City of Miami
without the necessity of further action in the event said
property ceases to he used in conjunction with the Culmer
Metrorail Station.

The Zoning Board, at its meeting of April 2, 1984, Item 5,
following an

"CULMER STATION FIRST ADDITION"
RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL. The public interest served by this street
closure — is in relation to better and more appropriate
insulation around the Culmer Station. This closure is
in accord with the Station Area Design_and Development
and in accord with the recommendations of the Plat and '
Street Committee.
PUBLIC WORKS Dedication is required by plat.
DADE COUNTY TkAFFIC No objection to this request.

CITY COMMISSION
At its meeting of April 2, 1984, the Board adopted
Resolution 2b 31-84 by a 6 to 0 vote, recommending approval
of the above.
At its mec-ting of April 2.6, 1984, the City Commission held
a discussion ot, the above but took no action.
At its meeting of May 24, 1984, the City Commission
continued the above.
