PI)I3I_,IC USE OF THAT PORTION OF NORTHWEST 1-1.7E.I TERRACE BETWEEN THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY L,ThNB OF NORTHWEST 7TH AVENUE AND THE WIaS'F E TGHT-OF--WAti: I,11TE, OF NORTHWEST 6TH AVENUE-; ALL AS A CONDITION OF THE APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT #1212 - "CULLER STATION FIRST ADDITION", SUBJECT TO EXECU`.I'ION OF COVENANT PROVIDING FOR REVERSIONARY INTEREST IN CITY OF MIAMI. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of April 2, 1984, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB-31-84 by a 6 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a portion of a street as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that it is in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in question and deems it advisable to do so; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That portion of Northwest llth Terrace between the east right-of-way line of Northwest 7th Avenue and the west right-of-way line of Northwest 6th Avenue, all as a condition of the approval of Tentative Plat #1212 - "CULMER STATION FIRS`.[' i�DDlT10Ed" is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned, and discontinued for public use. Section 2. The approval granted herein shall be subject to Metropolitan Dade. County's submission of a covenant, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, providing that the property described above shall automatically revert to the City of Miami without the necessity of further action in the event said property ceases to he used in conjunction with the Culmer Metrorail Station. The Zoning Board, at its meeting of April 2, 1984, Item 5, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 31-84 by a 6 to 0 vote, recommending approval of the official vacation and closure of that portion of NW 11 Terrace between the East right-of-way line of NW 7 Avenue and the West right-of-way line of NW 6 Avenue; as a condition for the approval of Tentative Plat #1212, "CULMER STATIO14 FIRST ADDITION". Two replies in favor received in the mail; two proponents present at the meeting. Backup information is included for your review. A RESOLUTION to provide for the above has been prepared by the City. Attorney's Office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission. DADE COUNTY TkAFFIC No objection to this request. AND TRANSPORTATION ZONING BOARD CITY COMMISSION At its meeting of April 2, 1984, the Board adopted Resolution 2b 31-84 by a 6 to 0 vote, recommending approval of the above. At its mec-ting of April 2.6, 1984, the City Commission held a discussion ot, the above but took no action. At its meeting of May 24, 1984, the City Commission continued the above.
