C1_ irk: I am in recui_nt of Noso'_uLion No. 84-751 which was approved at the City Comnissi_o:1 i ; tins; col, ,luIy_ 12, 1984. 11-iis resolution was prepared and ip,)roved vy VOU . No;aever, the resolution in its written form does not conform to the resolut=ion lr,' tale. City Commission. The request of the Coconut Grove Sailing Club to apply for a liquor license as well as n rccu,-gist to imply for a constzziction permit as it pertains to -hu 1 ,,(-r T :\,v of the club to be used for storage was pissed. The condition ipposed by the Commission was that the mattter relating to th ra r. ?_>t2 nes;otiatc=cl and discussed with the City Manager to consider the remove.:. of tie existing cement wall and its replacement with railings as ot:tlii <<- b}, J3ck Ltu t and to negotiate. with the City 'Manager wlt:h regard, to the payr;ent of same. I believe that the important addition to the resolution is that the matter is to be negotiated and/or discussed with the City Manager and that the modifications to be made- or upon approval of the City Manager. The suggestion of removing the existing cement wall and its replacement with railing was made by Jick Luft in a statement made before the Commission on July 12, 1 uver, same was not to be part of this resolution.
