$we THSRBFORE# BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP OF THE MARINE
COMM AT ITS JULY, 1984 MONTHLY MEETING THAT:
1. The Commission of the City of Miami ensure than any
master plan adopted for the development of Dinner Key
include provision for a fulls service marina.
2. An RFP be issued and lease negotiations entered into
promptly for a full service marina which would include
ample land.
3. The Commission ensure that the master plan for Dinner Key
include provision for wet and dry storage of boats and
their repair and that the unique quality that boating
imports to the ambience of Dinner Key be retained and
augseented.
