VISION PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9332.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The penalties heretofore accumulated against
Americable of Greater Miami-, Ltd., a joint venture known as Miami
Cablevision in connect -ion with violations charged by the City
Manager under Nn. 933`? nre hereby frozen at the present
accumulate amount of $977,244.79.
Section 2. The imposition of additional penalties for
matters relating to the cross wiring of cables is hereby stayed
until further action by the City Commission.
Section 3. The imposition of additional penalties for
matters not related to said cross wiring of cable is hereby per-
mitted to continue in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 9332.
Section 4. The City Manager is hereby instructed to notify
the Commission at such time as the total accumulated penalties
reach the sum of $1,750,000.
