The application of the following developer for submission by the City of Miami to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Housing Development:. Grant: Circa LTD/The Barnes Organization, for the construction of a 111 unit rental housing project under the City's Affordable Rental Housing Development Program is hereby approved in principle.
