The City Commission, following an advertised public hearing at which interested parties were given the opportunity to be heard, hereby finds that the following amend- ment to Condition 26 of the Mliami Center II DuPont Plaza Project Development Order (Resolutions 81-840, Sc-,ptem!r.)er 24, 1981, and 82-71, January 2b, 1982) does not constitute a sul)5-tantial deviation under Florida Statutes, Chapter 380.06 (1-7) (a)-(b) (1983). Section 2. The Miami Center II DuPont Plaza Project Development Order issued by Resolution 81-840, Septei-,,ber 24, 1981, and amended by Resolution 82-71, January 28, 1.982, is hereby further aii-Lenaed, only in respect to time, in the following particulars. 1 Condition 26 of the Development Order is hereby amended as follows: 1 Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted.
